Bakalářská práce se zabývá představami učitelek mateřských škol a rodičů o učitelství. Teoretická část pojednává o učitelství obecně, o profesi učitele a jaké jsou její specifika, dále charakterizuje profesi učitele z hlediska jeho role a profesních kompetencí. The bachelor thesis is concepts of the teaching by kindergarten teachers and parents. The theoretical part goes about teaching generally, teacher´s job and its specificity, it also describes teacher´s part and authorities.
