Abstract:
Autor se v této práci zaměřil na zkoumání právních forem zdanění odpadu. Cílem práce je prostřednictvím vhodných metod zjistit, zda je vhodné navrhnout nový jednotný poplatek za komunální odpad. K tomu autor dochází pomocí rešerše aktuální odborné literatury a analýzy nynějších forem zdanění. Dále zkoumá vliv poplatků na dotčené subjekty. The author aimed at analysing legal forms of waste taxation. The aim is by using appropriate methods to determine whether it is appropriate to propose new single fee for municipal waste.
