Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou adaptace nových pracovníků ve firmě. Adaptace je proces následující po přijetí zaměstnance a spočívá v zaškolení a v přijetí zaměstnance do nového pracovního kolektivu. This thesis deals with the adaptation of new employees in the company. Adaptation is a process following the adoption of the employee and is training staff and taking up his new team.
