Financial and asset structure of the choice company

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci se snažím popsat finanční a majetkovou strukturu mnou vybraného podniku. Cílem této práce je rozbor vývoje skladby financí a majetku podniku ve sledovaném období od roku 2006 do roku 2009. Analýzou rozvahy spolu s poměrovými ukazateli popíši změny v objemu majetku a financí sledované firmy. Práce je rozdělena do tří stěžejních částí, přičemž teoretické části popisují obsah majetku a financí podniku, jejich členění a faktory ovlivňující jejich změnu. V analytické části jsou teoretické znalosti aplikovány pomocí analýzy rozvahy, poměrových ukazatelů a časové řady.

Abstract:

In this diploma project I try to describe the financial and ownership structure of my chosen company The objective of this study is analysis the development of treasury and business assets in the period from 2006 to 2009. Analysis of the balance, sheet together with relative indicators describe change in the volume of property and finance companies tracked. The work is divided to 3 main parts. Theoretical part describes the contents of the property and finance company, their division and factors affecting their change. The analytical part of the theoretical knowledge applied by analyzing balance sheets, financial ratios and time series.
