Abstract:

VAKULA, J. Rozdíl v hodnocení a motivaci státních zaměstnanců oproti zaměstnancům v podnikatelském sektoru a jejich vliv na odměňování Cílem této bakalářské práce s názvem „Rozdíl v hodnocení a motivaci státních zaměstnanců oproti zaměstnancům v podnikatelském sektoru a jejich vliv na odměňování“ bylo zjistit rozdíl v odměňování a nabízených benefitech ve veřejném sektoru České republiky, konkrétně ve Finanční správě ČR v Jihomoravském kraji, oproti soukromému sektoru. Literární rešerše se zaměřuje na základní podstatu a hlavní rozdíly veřejného sektoru vůči soukromému sektoru. V analytické části jsou rozebrány výsledky dotazníkových šetření ohledně atraktivnosti a nabízených benefitech veřejného sektoru, ze kterých je následně stanoveno doporučení, pro zvýšení obecného pozitivního povědomí Finanční správy ČR.

Differences in evaluation and motivation of state employees compared to employees in the business sector and their influence on remuneration The aim of this bachelor's thesis, entitled "Differences in evaluation and motivation of state employees compared to employees in the business sector and their influence on remuneration" was to determine the difference in remuneration and benefits offered in the public sector of the Czech Republic, specifically in the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic in the South Moravian Region, compared to the private sector. The literature review focuses on the basic principles and main differences between the public sector and the private sector. In the analytical part, the results of questionnaire surveys regarding the attractiveness and offered benefits of the public sector are analysed, from which recommendations are subsequently established to increase the general positive awareness of the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic.
