Business opportunities in tourism services in the Mikulov region

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu podnikatelského prostředí ve službách cestovního ruchu ve vinařské oblasti Mikulovsko. V první části práce jsou objasněny základní pojmy, které jsou úzce spojené s problematikou cestovního ruchu a vinařského turismu. Praktická část byla zaměřena na dvě oblasti, ve kterých byl vinařský region podroben analýze nabídky služeb a analýze spokojenosti návštěvníků. Na základě analýzy nabídky bylo zjištěno, že region svým návštěvníkům nabízí velké množství přírodního bohatství, kulturního vyžití a zároveň je vybaven dostatečným množstvím ubytovacích a stravovacích zařízení. Analýza spokojenosti návštěvníků byla provedena pomocí dotazníkového šetření a měla za cíl zjistit, jakých služeb bylo využito a jak jsou s nimi návštěvníci spokojeni. Z výsledků šetření vyplynulo, že převážná část návštěvníků hodnotila většinu služeb pozitivně a ráda se do této destinace vrací. Na základě zjištěného hodnocení a připomínek respondentů, byla následně navrhnuta opatření pro zlepšení v regionu, která byla zaměřena na oblast dopravy, vinařských služeb a marketingovou komunikaci. Navrhnutá opatření by mohla přispět k větší spokojenosti návštěvníků a podpoře vinařského turismu v rámci regionu.

Abstract:

Submitted bachelor thesis is aimed at analysis business environment in tourism services in wine area of Mikulov. In the first part basic notions are contained which are closely related to the issues of tourism and wine tourism. Practical part was focused on two parts in which the wine region was subjected to an analysis of service supply and a visitor satisfaction analysis. On the basis of the offering analysis it was found out that the region its visitors offers a wide range of natural wealth and cultural activities and also the area is equipped with sufficient accommodation and catering facilities. The visitor satisfaction analysis was conducted using of questionnaire survey and the purpose of the analysis was to find out what services were used. Furthermore it was aimed at finding out how the visitors are satisfied with these services. The results showed that most visitors were evaluating most of the services positively and they like to returning back to this destination. On the basis of the evaluation and respondents´ comments the measures to improve the region was proposed. They were focused on transport, services of wine cellars and marketing communication. The proposed measures could contribute to greater visitor satisfaction and support for wine tourism within the region.
