Bakalářská práce pojednává o vzdělávání v pracovním prostředí. Cílem teoretické části práce je vysvětlit definice a základní pojmy dané problematiky. Podrobněji je přiblížen vliv pracovního režimu na pracovní výkon z andragogického pohledu, kdy je brán zřetel na lidský kapitál zaměstnanců.
