Injuries and Other Health Complications in Mountain Hiking and Their Prevention
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na nejčastější úrazy a zdravotní komplikace, které se vyskytují v horské turistice. Teoretická část přináší přehled možných rizik a způsobů prevence. Praktická část prezentuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření mezi turisty, kteří mají s horským prostředím zkušenosti. Výstupem práce jsou doporučení, která mohou přispět ke zvýšení bezpečnosti v horské turistice.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the most common injuries and health complications that occur in mountain hiking. The theoretical part provides an overview of potential risks and preventive measures. The practical part presents the results of a questionnaire survey conducted among hikers with experience in mountain environments.
