Evidence and Means of Evidence in Criminal Proceedings
Abstract:
V bakalářské práci se zabývám sloučením dokazování s důkazními prostředky v trestním řízení. V úvodu přibližuji trestní řízení v historickém kontextu a postupný vývoj řízení až do naší současnosti. Dále bych chtěla vytyčit jednotlivé důkazní prostředky a přihlédnout i k jejich analýze. V závěru se věnuji uplatňování a použití důkazních prostředků v trestním řízení v současné praxi.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis aims to combine argumentation with means of evidence in criminal cases. The introduction deals with the approximation of criminal cases in historical context to the gradual evolution of the proceedings upto our present day.
