Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je právní norma. V teoretické části se postupně zabývám samotnou definicí pojmu právní normy, vymezením znaků a prvků právní normy a její strukturou. Dále pokračuji klasifikací právních norem, vymezením jejich působnosti zahrnující problematiku platnosti a účinnosti, přičemž blíže se zde zabývám otázkou retroaktivity a její přípustnosti. My diploma thesis is called the legal norm. In the theoretical part I deal with definition of concept, determination of characters and elements of the legal norm and its structure. I continue with classification of the legal norms, determination of its applicability which includes question of force and effective of the legal norms.
