Determination of cocaine in various type of matrix

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce byla vypracována jako literární rešerše na téma stanovení kokainu v různých typech matricí. První polovina práce se zabývá obecnými informacemi o kokainu. Je zde popsána jeho historie, využití v lékařství, aplikace, účinky, toxikokinetika a na závěr i jeho biosyntéza. Druhá polovina je zaměřena na stanovení kokainu v biologických matricí, kde je popsána příprava vzorku a chromatografické analýzy kokainu. Na závěr je uveden klinický a forenzní význam analýzy kokainu.

Abstract:

The Bachelor´s thesis was written as a literary research on a subject the determination of cocaine in different types of matrices. The first half of the thesis pursues general information about cocaine. There is described its history, medical use, application, effects, toxicokinetics and its biosynthesis in conclusion. The second half is focused on a determination of cocaine in biological matrices where is described a preparation of a sample and a chromatographic analysis of cocaine. Last of all there is clinical and forensic value of an analysis of cocaine.
