This thesis explores the debate on the right to sex as a potential response to sexual exclusion. It outlines disparate positions of Jacob M. Appel, Ezio Di Nucci, Frej Klem Thomsen, Alida Liberman, John Danaher, Raja Halwani, Sheila Jeffreys, Tracy De Boer and most importantly, Amia Srinivasan.
