Tématem bakalářské práce je komunikace a vztahy pracovišti se zaměřením na týmovou spolupráci. V teoretické části jsou popsány a vysvětleny informace o komunikaci a vztazích na pracovišti, možné hrozby a nástroje na zlepšení předávání informací a vztazích v pracovním kolektivu.
