Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje umělým sladidlům se zaměřením na acesulfam draselný, cyklamát sodný a sacharin. Zabývá se také stanovením těchto tří sladidel v nápojích s označením light. Vybrané nápoje byly analyzovány metodou kapilární izotachoforézy. Tato metoda se řadí mezi elektromigrační separační techniky. Poskytuje rychlou analýzu vzorku a snadné vyhodnocení výsledků. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with artificial sweeteners focusing on acesulfame potassium, cyclamate sodium and saccharin. It also deals with determination of those three sweeteners in light beverages. The samples of beverages were analyzed using the capillary isotachophoresis. This method is one of the electromigration separation techniques.
