Bakalářská práce „Rozhodování per rollam“ se věnuje rozhodování společníků společnosti s ručením omezeným mimo zasedání valné hromady. The bachelor thesis ″Per rollam decision″ examines the Limited Liability Company (Ltd.) partners in the decision making process outside the occasion of an official general meeting.
