Cílem této práce je rozhodnout, na základě metod hodnocení investičních projektů, zdali je investice ekonomicky efektivní a vhodná pro realizaci. Teoretická část se věnuje popisu investice. Dále je zaměřena na analýzu prostředí a analýzu jednotlivých metod pro hodnocení investičního projektu.
