Proposal of the optimal option for financing the purchase of real estate
Abstract:
Cíl práce je zvolení optimálního financování koupě nemovitosti pro konkrétního klienta, v prostředí českého bankovního trhu. Dále seznámení a popsání variant, kterými lze financovat koupi nemovitosti pro klienta. Budou vytyčeny kritéria dle potřeb klienta a na jejich základě bude vybrán nejvýhodnější produkt.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to choose the optimal financing of the purchase of real estate for a particular client, in the Czech banking market environment. Further acquaintance and description of these options, which can finance the purchase of real estate for the client. Criteria will be set according to the needs of client and the most advantageous option will be selected.
