Increasing the Productivity of the Line for Assembling Small Series of Bikes at BIKE FUN International s.r.o.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zvýšení produktivity montážní linky ve společnosti Bikefun International s.r.o. s cílem zefektivnit montážní postupy pomocí metody balancování, navrhnout jednotný standard pro vytváření pracovních postupů, připravit devět zástupců kol tak, aby s příchodem nového typu kola měl technolog co nejméně práce s vytvořením pracovního postupu. Teoretická část diplomové práce připravuje znalostní povědomí o praktické části. Je zde napsána literární rešerše z mnoha zdrojů jak literárních, tak elektronických. Analytická část, která se nachází v praktické části, pojednává o aktuálním stavu firmy jako celku. Přibližuje procesy a pracovní stanoviště, jak jsou na sebe navázány a co je potřeba k tomu, aby finálním výstupem automatické linky bylo smontované kolo. Analytická část také odkrývá problémy, které se nachází na montážní lince. V projektové části se už tato data zpracovávají do prakticky využitelných řešení, která napomáhají ke zvýšení produktivity a zefektivnění pracovního postupu. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny úspory v číslech, společně s dalšími návrhy na zlepšení.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on increasing the productivity of the assembly line in the company Bikefun International s.r.o. In order to streamline assembly procedures using the balancing method, to design a uniform standard for creating workflows, to prepare nine bikes representatives so that with the arrival of a new wheel, the technologist has as little work as possible to create a workflow. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis prepares knowledge awareness of the practical part. Literary research from many sources, both literary and electronic, is written here. The analytical part, which is located in the practical part, deals with the current state of the company as a whole. It shows the processes and workstations, how they are connected to each other and what is needed to get the assembled bike out of the final automatic line. The analytical part also reveals the problems that lie on the assembly line. In the project part, these data are already processed into practically usable solutions, which help to increase productivity and streamline the workflow. In the end, the savings in numbers are evaluated together with other suggestions for improvement.
