Stromální buňky jsou součástí hematopoetického mikroprostředí a spolu s dalšími jeho charakteristikami významně ovlivňují proliferaci, diferenciaci a přežívání hematopoetických buněk. Stromal cells are a part of hematopoietic microenvironment and together with its’ other characteristics they significantly affect proliferation, differentiation and survival of hematopoietic cells. A crucial factor involved in hematopoietic niche of bone marrow and fetal liver that are the subjects of study of this thesis is hypoxia which maintains quiescence of hematopoietic cells.
