The Integrated Rescue System during intervention

Anotácia:

V bakalářské práci se budu zabývat „Činností složek IZS na místě zásahu“. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou část. Hlavním tématem mé bakalářské práce je seznámit čtenáře s pojmem Integrovaný záchranný systém a dalšími souvisejícími pojmy, historií a činností jednotlivých složek, především Hasičského záchranného sboru, Jednotek požární ochrany, Policie České republiky a Záchranné služby, popřípadě složek ostatních. Pozornost je v této práci věnována převážně hlavním složkám IZS, jejich metodice na místě zásahu, případně cvičení složek integrovaného záchranného systému, které předchází správnému sestavení metodiky na místě zásahu. V praktické části bude použita metoda modelování. Cílem této části práce je vytvoření modelové situace dopravní nehody cisterny, vezoucí pohonné hmoty, s osobním automobilem. Detailně bude rozebrán postup jednotlivých složek, organizace místa zásahu, činnost zasahujících složek a dalších zúčastněných osob a dokumentace dopravní nehody zahrnující i grafické znázornění.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the Integrated Rescue System during an intervention. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical part. The main topic of the bachelor thesis is to acquaint the reader with the concept of the Integrated Rescue System and other related concepts, its history and the activity of its services, primarily the Fire Department of the Czech Republic, the Police of the Czech Republic, the Emergency Medical Service, optionally with other services. Attention is predominantly paid to main services of the Integrated Rescue System, their methodology in the place of intervention, optionally the drill of the Integrated Rescue System which precedes the right compilation of methodology in the place of intervention. The modeling method will be used in the practical part. The aim of this part is a creating a model situation of a truck accident, which is carrying the fuel, with a car. A process of individual services, an organization of the place of intervention, an activity of intervening services and other involved persons and a documentation of the accident including the graphical representation would be analyzed in a detail.
