Cílem této bakalářské práce je vypracování provozní studie a analýzy spokojenosti zákazníků se službami restaurace Bonato, pomocí metody dotazníkového šetření. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is making an operational study and analysis of customer satisfaction with the services of the restaurant Bonato, using the methods of the questionnaire survey.
