Specifics of management and cooperation with parents in preschools in the city and in the village

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení organizace práce pedagogů ve vybraných mateřských školách, jejich výchovně vzdělávací činnosti, spokojenost s řízením předškolního zařízení a doporučení pro management obou vybraných mateřských škol. Pro bakalářskou práci bylo zvoleno dotazníkové šetření, které bylo rozdáno rodičům a pedagogům mateřských škol. Cílem výzkumu je vyhodnocení a následná komparace způsobů řízení a organizace práce v mateřských školách vzhledem k počtu a věku dětí.

Abstract:

Topic of Bachelor thesis is evaluation work organization of pedagogues, their educational activities, satisfaction with management of preschool facility and recommendations for management of both kindergartens. For Bachelor thesis was chosen survey by questionnaire, wich was distributed to parents and teachers of kindergartens. The goal of survey is evaluation and comparation managing and organization ways of work in kindergartens depending on the nuber of children and their age.
