An operational study of catering facility (restaurant form)

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce seznámí čtenáře se základními principy efektivního zpracování provozní studie restauračního zařízení. Obecná provozní studie a marketingový mix jsou popsány v teoretické části, na jejímž základě je v analytické části vypracována vlastní provozní studie stravovacího zařízení a je zde popsán marketingový mix fungujícího restauračního zařízení v konkurenčním prostředí. Provozní studie daného stravovacího má posloužit pro efektivní řízení provozu restaurace, analyzovat silné a slabé stránky restaurace a navrhnout opatření pro případné zlepšení nabízených služeb a samotný provoz restaurace. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsání provozní studie daného stravovacího zařízení, jeho schopnost uspět v konkurenčním prostředí a zhodnocení marketingového mixu. V bakalářské práci je provedena analýza spokojenosti hostů s nabízenými službami. Při zpracování práce byly použity metody kompilace, kvantitativního výzkumu - dotazníkové šetření a srovnání restauračního podniku s konkurencí.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor´s work is to let the readers know the basic principles of an effective treatment with a running of one´s catering facility. There is a common study of working in catering facilites and a marketing mixture. Both of these parts are described in a theoretical part of this bachelor´s theses. The theoretical part is a base of a concrete analytical study. There is also a description of a concrete catering facility, its marketing mixture and its marketing share and competitors. The working study of the catering facility should help with the best way of restaurant´s marketing, analyse all weak and stong parts of the restaurant and suggest some ways of improving the offered services and working of the catering facility. The aim of this bachelor´s work is a description of running one´s catering facility, its possibilities on the market share and an evaluation of a marketing mixture. There was made an analyses of its guests´satisfaction with offered services with the help of using different methods - a method of compilation, a quantitative survey (which had a form of an questionnaire) and a comparing with its competitors.
