Tato práce se zaměřuje na alternativní řešení sporů na poli mezinárodního obchodního práva. Do popředí staví mediaci, jež je hojně využívána při řešení obchodních sporů s mezinárodním prvkem. Rozebírá její právní úpravu v mezinárodním prostředí a zvláštní pozornost zde věnuje osobě mediátora. This thesis deals with alternative dispute resolution in international commercial law. The focus is on mediation as a widely used method of solving international commercial disputes. The legislation of international mediation is, therefore, being examined and a special attention is given to the mediator.
