Cílem této práce je vyhodnotit efektivitu analýzy konkurence ve firmě Škoda UK a navrhnout možná řešení k její optimalizaci. V teoretické části autor provádí literární rešerši problematiky a popisuje význam informací v marketingu, vysvětluje podstatu marketingového výzkumu a konkurence.
