Management of overheads in the conditions of process manufacturing

Abstract:

První část diplomové práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku manažerského účetnictví a vymezení a klasifikace pojmu náklad, jakožto základního pojmu manažerského účetnictví. V druhé části práce jsou vymezeny jednotlivé subsystémy manažerského účetnictví. Jedná se o nákladové účetnictví, dále o kalkulace a rozpočty jako hlavní nástroje řízení nepřímých nákladů. Třetí a zároveň poslední část práce se zabývá výzkumem řízení režijních nákladů v podmínkách procesní výroby, konkrétně na SBU Organická chemie ve společnosti Synthesia, a.s.

Abstract:

The first part of the diploma thesis is focused on the characteristics of managerial accounting and the definition and classification of the concept of cost, as a basic concept of management accounting. In the second part, the thesis focuses on subsystems of managerial accounting. The systems of cost accounting, as well as the costing and budgets as the main management instruments of controlling indirect costs are mentioned. The third and the last part of the thesis are devoted to research of managing the overheads in the conditions of process production, specifically on SBU Organic Chemistry in the Synthesia, a.s.
