Terroir - finding relationships between geomorphological habitat conditions and the quality of the grapes
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on finding the relationships between site-specific conditions in the wine village Blatnice pod sv. Antoníčkem and their vineyards to the quality of grapes produced and subsequently wine. The aim is to chemically analyze the wine have to produced and the wine made from it.
