Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na nalezení vztahů mezi místně specifickými podmínkami ve vinařské obci Blatnice pod sv. Antoníčkem a jejich viničnými tratěmi, ke kvalitě produkovaných hroznů a následně vína. Cílem je chemicky analyzovat vyprodukovaný vinný mošt a z něj vyrobené víno. The bachelor thesis is focused on finding the relationships between site-specific conditions in the wine village Blatnice pod sv.
