Protection of classified information - physical security according to Act 412/2005 Coll.

Anotace:

Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku ochrany utajovaných informací, s důrazem na fyzickou bezpečnost. Cílem práce je poskytnout ucelený přehled dané problematiky a navrhnout modelový projekt fyzické bezpečnosti objektu Ministerstva obrany ČR, který by mohl sloužit jako inspirace a praktický návod pro zajištění bezpečnosti utajovaných informací. Teoretická část práce se zabývá definicemi základních pojmů v oblasti ochrany utajovaných informací a právní úpravou této problematiky v České republice. Praktická část práce přináší modelový projekt fyzické bezpečnosti v objektu Ministerstva obrany České republiky. Tento projekt zahrnuje podrobný popis samotného objektu, včetně bezpečnostních zón, systémů kontroly přístupu, fyzické ochrany, detekčních systémů, protipožárních opatření a komunikačních/datových systémů.

Abstract:

The work focuses on the issue of safeguarding classified information, with an emphasis on physical security. The goal of the work is to provide a comprehensive overview of this issue and propose a model project for the physical security of the Ministry of Defense of the Czech Republic's facility, which could serve as inspiration and a practical guide for ensuring the security of classified information. The theoretical part of the work deals with the definitions of fundamental terms in the field of classified information protection and the legal regulation of this issue in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the work presents a model project for the physical security of the Ministry of Defense of the Czech Republic's facility. This project includes a detailed description of the facility itself, including security zones, access control systems, physical security measures, detection systems, fire protection measures, and communication/data systems.
