Teoretická část mé bakalářské práce vysvětluje rozdíly mezi programovacími obdobími 2004 - 2006 a 2007 - 2013. Jaké fondy vznikly nově a jaké naopak vymizely. Rozdíly v Cílech programovacích obdobích, které se pro nové programovací období změnily. Praktická část je zaměřená na dva konkrétní projekty financované z fondů Evropské unie. The theoretical part of my Thesis explains differences between programming terms 2004 - 2006 and 2007 - 2013. Which funds have originated newly and on the contrary, which ones have disappeared.
