Diplomová práce pojednává o vývoji a postavení prokuratury, věnuje se zejména organizaci prokuratury, popisuje vybrané pravomoci prokuratury a činnost státních prokurátorů.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the development and position of the Prosecutor's Office, especially with the organization of the Prosecutor's Office, the selected powers of the Prosecutor's Office and the activities of the State Prosecutors.
