Produkce betalaktamáz je nejčastějším mechanismem vzniku bakteriální rezistence. Tyto enzymy jsou schopné inaktivovat většinu betalaktamových antibiotik. Teoretická část této práce uvádí nejenom betalaktamázy, ale i další mechanismy bakteriální rezistence včetně metod detekce. Abstract:
The production of beta-lactamases is the most common mechanism of bacterial resistance development. These enzymes are able to deactivate most beta-lactam antibiotics. The theoretical part of this thesis presents not only beta-lactamases but other mechanism of bacterial resistance as well.
