Abstract:

Abstrakt Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na významný problém současné doby, a tím je zadlužení osob v České republice. Zkoumá příčiny, vznik, průběh, řešení a dopady jak v oblasti právní, sociální tak i psychologické. Zadluženost obyvatelstva s sebou přináší mnoho úskalí, jako jsou rizika z předluženosti obyvatel, dezorientace v nabídce finančních produktů nebo z neschopnosti osob, posoudit vlastní peněžní možnosti. Finanční závazky dlužníků se tak stávají nedobytné a věřitelé se snaží dostat k pohledávkám prostřednictvím exekucí, insolvencí, v krajních případech prostřednictvím vymáhacích agentur. Práce je rozdělena na části teoretickou a analyticko-praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy dluh, domácnost, exekuční a insolvenční řízení. V aplikační části je provedeno dotazníkové šetření, rozbor a vyhodnocení. Zadlužení osob je možné řešit několika způsoby, jež budou také předmětem této části. Ze zjištěných výsledků je cílem odhalit příčiny vzniku zadluženosti a navrhnout zlepšení situace současného stavu v této oblasti.

Abstract:

Abstract The bachelor thesis focuses on a significant problem of the present, and chat is the indebtedness of people in the Czech Republic. It examines the causes, origin, course, solutions and impacts in the legal, social and psychological fields. The financial obligations of debtors thus become irrecoverable and creditors try to get to receivables through foreclosures, insolvencies, and in extreme cases through enforcement agencies. The work is divided into theoretical and analytical-practical part. The theoretical part explains the concepts of debt, household, execution and insolvency proceedings. In the application part there is a questionnaire survey, analysis and evaluation. Indebtedness can be addressed in several ways, which will also be the subject of this section. From the obtained results, the aim is to reveal the causes of indebtedness and to suggest an improvement of the current situation in this area.
