Sales Promotion Related to Services of the Wellness Studio

Abstract:

Jako téma své bakalářské práce jsem si zvolila „Podpora prodeje služeb konkrétního relaxačního studia“ a to studia Éra. Zaměřila jsem se na to, jak se toto studio propaguje, jaké využívá prostředky v komunikaci se stávajícími i potencionálními zákazníky. V teoretické části jsem vymezila základní pojmy týkající se této oblasti a věnovala jsem se těmto tématům: marketingová komunikace, podpora prodeje, reklama, psychologie v reklamě a dvěma skupinám zákazníků – stálí a noví. V praktické části jsem se zabývala konkrétními nástroji, které RS Éra používá a především tomu, jak jich využívá. Nakonec jsem vyhodnotila dotazníky, které jsem osobně vyplňovala s klienty tohoto studia.

Abstract:

As a topic of my bachelor‘s thesis I chose „Sales Promotion Related to Services of a the Wellness Studio“ - the Wellness Studio Éra. I focused on the studio‘s promotion, which communication tools they use in communication with current and potential customers. In the theoretical part I specified fundamental terms related to this area and I looked at these terms: marketing communication, sales promotion, advertising, psychology in advertising and current and potential customers. In the practical part I examined particular tools used by the Studio Éra, as well as the way how they are used. Finally I analyzed the questionnaires, which I filled in with the studio clients.
