Diplomová práce se věnuje zjištění vztahu resilience a sociálních kompetencí u vychovatelů v zařízeních ústavní a ochranné výchovy. Cílem práce je na podkladě teoretického rozboru a empirického výzkumu prozkoumat zvolené koncepty u pracovníků v zařízeních ústavní a ochranné výchovy v závislosti na délce jejich praxe a věku. The diploma thesis focuses on the relationship between resilience and social competences of educators in institutions of institutional and protective education.
