Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá proteinem p53 a dalšími proteiny, které jsou zahrnuty v signálních drahách proteinu p53, fosforylacemi p53, vazebnými vlastnostmi proteinu p53 a distribucí buněk v rámci buněčného cyklu v závislosti na působení různých cytostatik.
Abstract:
This work focus on p53 protein and other proteins which are included in p53 pathway and interactions, fosforylations and binding properties of p53 protein and distribution of cells in the cell cycle according to used drugs.
