Abstract:
Ve své práci se zabývám problematikou volby členů (zástupců zaměstnanců) do dozorčí rady státního podniku. Volba členů do dozorčí rady je upravena volebním řádem, který dle zákona o státním podniku zaměstnavatel vydává se souhlasem odborových organizací. Rozhodnutím Ústavního soudu z roku 2008 došlo k novelizaci zákoníku práce. Novelizace zákoníku stanovila, že odborové organizace jednají společně …more

In my university written work I deal with the issue of election of members (employee representatives) of the supervisory board of a state enterprise. Election of members to the Supervisory Board are set by Electoral Regulations.
