Abstract:

Abstrakt Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na provedení strategické a inovační analýzy podniku Samson, a.s. S využitím metod strategického managementu, řízených rozhovorů a analýzy funkčního využití pracoviště je indikována současná pozice podniku na trhu, jsou determinováni klíčoví konkurenti, charakterizováno konkurenční prostředí a klasifikován současný stav inovačního procesu. Na základě poznatků a získaných informací z těchto analýz je navržen soubor opatření s cílem eliminovat zjištěné nedostatky v procesu strategického řízení podniku. Z hlediska inovačního procesu je posouzen celkový stav inovačního potenciálu a na příkladu provozu „stáčírny“ je navrženo nové prostorové a funkční uspořádání technologií v tomto provozu včetně jeho personálního zajištění s orientačním propočtem ekonomických přínosů u nově navrhovaného řešení.

Abstract:

Abstract The thesis is focused on implementation of strategic and innovative analysis of Samson, Inc. Using methods of strategic management, controlled interviews and analysis of functional use of the workplace is indicated the current position on a market, are determined the key competitors, is characterized the competitive environment and classified the current state of the innovation process. Based on knowledge and information obtained from these analyses is designed a set of measures to eliminate shortcomings in the process of strategic management. In terms of the innovation process is evaluated the overall condition of the innovation potential and on the example of the operation of "bottler" is designed a new spatial and functional organization of the technology in its operations, including staffing with the benchmark calculations of the economic benefits of the proposed solutions
