The proposal of the standard of nursing care - The admission, the moving and the discharge of the patient in the intensive care

Abstract:

Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření návrhu standardu ošetřovatelské péče - Příjem, překlad a propuštění pacienta v intenzivní péči. K sestavenému standardu byl také úmysl vytvořit auditní list pro přehlednost auditního řízení. Záměrem vypracované práce byla rovněž aplikace do praxe ve vybrané nemocnici pro oddělení intenzivní péče a anesteziologicko - resuscitačním oddělení, vzhledem k blížící se akreditaci. Metodika: Dokumenty byly vytvořeny na základě předem nastudované odborné literatury a směrnic. Následně byla provedena odborná konzultace s náměstkyní ošetřovatelské péče, vrchní sestrou, sestrami se specializací v intenzivní péči, všeobecnými sestrami a praktickými sestrami, které formou připomínkování vypisovali své poznatky z praxe do dokumentu s navrhnutým standardem. K návrhu standardu ošetřovatelské péče - Příjem, překlad a propuštění v intenzivní péči byl vytvořen auditní list s měřitelnými kritérii. Výsledky: Návrh standardu ošetřovatelské péče byl po odborných konzultacích, formou připomínkování zúčastněných, přepracován a zkoncipován do finální podoby. Finální podoba Standardu efektivní ošetřovatelské péče - příjem, překlad a propuštění pacienta na oddělení ARO, NIP, DIOP a auditní list se předloží náměstkyní ošetřovatelské péče a zbylému vedení ve vybrané nemocnici. Závěr: Standardizace ve zdravotnictví má významný podíl na zvyšování kvality poskytované péče. Prostřednictvím auditních šetření se následně sleduje, jak jsou standardy dodržovány. Vzhledem k blížící se akreditaci spojené s audity ve vybrané nemocnici, bylo hlavním úmyslem autorů návrhu standardu využití v praxi a prospěch pro vybranou organizaci. V rámci splnění požadavků tvůrců byla finální podoba návrhu standardu poskytnuta vedení nemocnice a vrchní sestře zvolených oddělení jako podklad pro blížící se akreditaci.

Abstract:

Aim: The aim of this Bachelor Thesis was to create a Proposal of Standard of Nursing Care - The admission, moving and discharge of a patient in the Unit of Intensive Care. In addition to the prepared Standard, there was also intended to create an audit sheet for clarity of audit management. The aim of the work was also application in practice in the selected Hospital for Unit of Intensive Care and Anesthesiology - Resuscitation Departments, due to the forthcoming accreditation. Methods: The Documents was undertaken following on a study of specialised literature and guidelines. Subsequently was carried out expert consultations with the Chief of the Nursing Care Department, Head Nurse, nurses specializing in care in the Units of Intensive Care, further then general nurses and nurse practicioners, that were writing findings from their experience into the document with proposed new standards. An audit sheet has been created with a measurable criteria to propose a new standard of nursing care - including the admission, moving and discharge of patients in the Units of Intensive Care. Results: The Proposal of the New Standard of Nursing Care was further revised after the expert consultations in the form of their comments and developed into the final version of the documents. The final version of the Proposal of the New Standard of Nursing Care - The admission, moving and the discharge of the patient in the Units of Intensive Care and the audit sheet will be submitted to the Chief of the Nursing Care Department and the remaining management in the selected hospital. Conclusion: The Standardization in the Healthcare has a significant share in improving the Quality of the Care provided. Audit inquiries are then monitored to ensure compliance with the standards. Given the approaching the accreditation associated with audits in a use the practice and benefit the selected Organization. To meet the Requirements of the Creators, the final version of the Proposal of the New Standard of Nursing Care was provided to the Hospital management and the Head Nurse of the selected departments, due to the forthcoming accreditation.
