Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vybranými problémy zákona č. 20/1966 Sb., o péči o zdraví lidu, a to právní úpravou týkající se zdravotnické dokumentace a povinné mlčenlivosti zdravotnických pracovníků.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the selected problems of 20/1966 Public Health Care Act (act no. 20/1966 Coll.) - with the health documentation and legal duty of confidentiality (discretion) of medical workers.
