Determining the value of the selected company
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na stanovení hodnoty vybraného podniku k 31. 12. 2021. Pro ověření principu „going concern“ je zpracována strategická a finanční analýza následovaná prognózou generátorů hodnoty. Dále je stanovena hodnota podniku pomocí výnosového přístupu, který je porovnán s tržní a majetkovou metodou pro ověření vhodnosti použití výnosového přístupu ocenění.

The diploma thesis is focused on determining the value of the selected company as of 31. 12. 2021. To verify the going concern principle, a strategic and financial analysis is prepared followed by a forecast of value generators.
