Abstract:
Ve své práci se zabývám supervizí dobrovolníků v organizaci. Cílem mé práce je analýza faktorů ovlivňujících proces supervize dobrovolníků v organizaci. K výzkumu jsem využila kvalitativní metodu sběru dat formou nestandardizovaných rozhovorů. Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis deal with the supervision of volunteers in the organization. The objeckt of my work is the analysis factors influencing the process of supervision of volunteers in the organization. I used to the research a qualitative method of data collection by nonstandardized interviews.
