Bakalářská práce vysvětluje jednotlivá právní ustanovení, týkající se donucovacích prostředků tak, jak se uvádí v zákoně č. 273/2008 Sb. o Policii České republiky a jiných veřejně přístupných zdrojů. V první části se zabývám konkrétními donucovacími prostředky a jejich popisu. Bachelor thesis explains the various means of coercion as they are listed in the Act no. 273/2008 Coll. of Police of the Czech Republic, and in other publicly accessible sources. In the first part we will deal with specific means of coercion and their description.
