Abstract:

ABSTRAKT Tato práce se zabývá výskytem raků (Astacidae) v Moravském krasu a jeho okolí. V první části byly shromážděny základní poznatky o biologii, ekologii raků žijících na území České republiky a jejich rozšíření v rámci Evropy a České republiky. Na území České republiky se vyskytuje pět druhů raků. Jedná se o dva původní druhy, a to je rak říční Astacus astacus (Linnaeus, 1758) a rak kamenáč Austropotamobius torrentium (Schrank, 1803). Třetím druhem raka v České republice je rak bahenní Astacus leptodactylus Eschscholtz,1823, který k nám byl dovezen na přelomu 19. a 20. století. Zbývající dva druhy k nám byly introdukovány ze Severní Ameriky, jedná se o raka pruhovaného Orconectes limosus (Rafinesque, 1817) a raka signálního Pacifastacus leniusculus (Dana,1852). Tyto dva druhy raků jsou silní konkurenti pro naše původní druhy a působí jako přenašeči račího moru Aphanomyces astaci. Druhá část bakalářské práce obsahuje charakteristiku Moravského krasu a hodnocení této oblasti vzhledem k možnosti výskytu raků. Hodnotím zde hydrologii, stav vody a možnosti potencionálních úkrytů pro raky. Na tomto území se vyskytuje pouze jeden druh raka, rak říční. Bylo ale zjištěno, že se populace na různých lokalitách od sebe liší. V této práce jsou také obsaženy základní metody, které se používají pro odchyt raků. Jedná se o popis ručního odchytu a odchytu za pomocí pastí s návnadou. V poslední části práce jsou shrnuty poznatky o populační genetice a možnostech molekulárně-biologických analýzách raků. Základní pomůckou používanou ke studiu genetické variability jsou tzv. genetické markery. V této poslední kapitole jsou uvedeny příklady genetických markerů, které se používají při studiu genetických rozdílů mezi populacemi.

Occurrence of Crayfishes (Astacidae) in water bodies of Moravsky kras and surroundings ABSTRACT The bachelor thesis considers an issue of the habitation of crayfish (Astacidae) in the Moravian Karst (Moravský kras) and its surroundings. The basic cognisance about the biology, ecology of the crayfish, living in the area of the Czech Republic and theirs extension in Europe and the area of the Czech Republic. There are five species found in the area of the Czech Republic. It deals with two indigenous species, the noble crayfish (Astacus astacus) (Linnaeus, 1758) and the stone crayfish Austropotamobius torrentium (Schrank, 1803). The third species of the crayfish is the narrow-clawed crayfish Astacus leptodactylus (Eschscholtz, 1823), which were imported to our country in the turn of 19th and 20th century. The other two species which were introduced from the the spiny-cheek crayfish Oronectctes limosus (Rafinesque, 1817) and the signal crayfish Pacifastacus leniusculus (Dana, 1852). These two species are strong competitors for our indigenous species and they act as vectors of the Crayfish plague (Aphanomyces astaci). The second section of study includes the characteristic of Moravien Karst (Moravský kras) and evaulating of this area in the reference to the occurence of crayfish. I evaluate the hydrology, the state of water and the potentional hideaway for the crayfish. Just one species is occuring in this area, the freshwater crayfish. But it has been found out that the population differs from each other in the different areas. There are basic methods contained in this work, which are used for the crayfish trapping. It describes the hand trapping and the trapping by trap with lure. The findings about the population genetics and the possibilities of molecular biological analysis of crayfish are summarized in the last section of this study. The basic facilitation used to study genetics variability are so-called genetic markers. The exsamples of the genetics markers, which are used for studying the genetics differences among the population of crayfish, are stated in this last chapter.
