Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na rekonstrukci reálného stávajícího objektu na objekt s nízkou spotřebou energie. Rodinný dům se nachází v obci Hůry, v okrese České Budějovice. Objekt bude posouzen z hlediska energetické náročnosti a dle platných norem bude navržena rekonstrukce určitých konstrukcí. This work focuses on the reconstruction of a real existing building to a building with low energy consumption. The house is situated in the village Hůry, in the České Budějovice district. The building will be assessed in terms of energy consumption and a reconstruction of certain structures will be proposed according to applicable standards.
