Tato diplomová práce na téma „Právní subjektivita Evropské unie“ se po krátkém úvodu věnujícímu se právní subjektivitě Unie obecně zaměřuje především na způsob, jakým se tato subjektivita projevuje ve vztazích Unie s mezinárodními organizacemi.
