Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na domácí násilí obecně. Cílem mé závěrečné práce je rozšířit povědomí o problematice domácího násilí, jeho formách a způsobech řešení. Ve své práci se zaměřuji na znaky domácího násilí, psychickou stránku oběti a pachatele, viktimizaci a upravující legislativu.
Abstract:
The aim of my thesis is to increase awareness of the problem of domestic violence, its forms and ways of solving it. In my thesis I focus on the signs of domestic violence, the psychological aspect of the victim and the victimizer, victimization and the regulating legislation.
