Abstract:
V této práci ukážeme několik aplikací PDR-metod ke zpracování obrazových dat ve fluorescenční mikroskopii. Nejprve krátce popíšeme fluorescenční mikroskopii a její využití v současné buněčné biologii, potom popíšeme vybrané PDR-metody ke zpracování obrazu. Jako vlastní příspěvek práce popíšeme a otestujeme segmentační algoritmus založený na dvou aproximacích Chan-Veseho aktivních kontur. Dále navrhneme …moreAbstract:
In this thesis, we present several applications of PDE-based image processing methods in fluorescence microscopy. We first provide a brief background on the fluorescence microscopy and its usage in the cell biology, then we review a selection of PDE-based image processing methods.
