Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá šikanou na pracovišti ve veřejné správě a v soukromém sektoru. Práce analyzuje definici šikany a její formy, jimiž jsou mobbing, bossing a kyberšikana, u nichž jsou vysvětleny jejich příčiny, vývojové fáze, kdo může být útočníkem a kdo obětí, dále pak jejich formy a projevy, ale též prevencí, dopadem šikany na oběti a právní úpravu. Práce se dále zabývá vysvětlením veřejné správy a soukromého sektoru z hlediska jejich fungování. V neposlední řadě práce obsahuje praktickou část, věnující se dotazníkovému šetření, jenž je zaměřené na šikanu na pracovišti ve veřejné správě a soukromém sektoru.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with workplace bullying in public administration and in the private sector. The thesis analyzes the definition of bullying and its forms, which are mobbing, bossing and cyberbullying, in which their causes, developmental stages, who can be the attacker and who the victim, as well as their forms and manifestations, but also prevention, the impact of bullying on victims and legal regulation are explained. The thesis also deals with the explanation of public administration and the private sector in terms of their functioning. Last but not least, the thesis contains a practical part devoted to a questionnaire survey focused on bullying in the workplace in public administration and the private sector.
