On-line methods of employee sourcing in the IT industry

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá internetovými metodami získávání zaměstnanců v oboru IT. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit optimální on-line metody pro nejčastěji obsazované pozice personální agenturou operující na českém trhu, kterými jsou PHP vývojář, Software tester a IT analytik. Metody jsou zkoumány ze tří hledisek, hlediska kvantity a kvality uchazečů, hlediska času a hlediska nákladů. Provedeným výzkumem byly na vybraných pozicích zjištěny vhodné metody, ale také nedostatky při procesu získávání uchazečů. Přínosem této práce jsou konkrétní doporučení pro lepší využití analyzovaných metod, návrhy pro zavedení dosud nevyužívaných internetových metod a další opatření, která mohou pomoci agentuře k lepším výsledkům.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis examines on-line methods of employee sourcing in the IT industry. The main goal of this thesis is to determine the optimal on-line method for the most commonly filled vacancies by an employment agency operating on the Czech market, namely PHP developer, Software tester and IT analyst. The methods are researched from three points of view: quantity and quality, time and costs. The results of the research showed the optimalon-line methods for stated vacancies and some drawbacks in the sourcing process as well. The contribution of this thesis is in the form of recommendations for better use of analysed methods, suggestions for implementing new on-line methods of sourcing employees and other measures that can lead to better results.
