Srovnání kondičních schopností u fotbalistů na poloprofesionální úrovni během pandemie Covid-19

Comparison of fitness abilities in semi-profesional and recreational soccer players during Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract:

Neexistuje příliš studií, které by se zaobíraly porovnáváním fotbalistů na amatérské úrovni. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit rozdíly mezi amatérskými fotbalisty z různých fotbalových úrovní vzhledem k jejich kondičním schopnostem (hbitost, aerobní vytrvalost) a vliv pandemie na kondiční schopnosti hráčů divize. Hráči byli testováni pomocí standardizovaných testů (Illinois agility test, Leger test) v různých časových obdobích (říjen 2020, květen 2021, červen 2021). Účastnící výzkumu byli amatérští fotbalisté ve věku 18-26 let z Moravskoslezského kraje (N = 14, průměrný věk = 22,28 let; průměrná výška = 182,25 cm; průměrná váha = 76,35 kg; BMI = 22,83). Testování bylo provedeno na hráčích z 3 soutěží různých výkonnostních úrovní (divize, krajský přebor, 1.A třída). Pro srovnání třech nezávislých skupin byl použit Kruscal Wallis neparametrický test, dále pro následné párové srovnání Mann Whitney U test a pro praktickou významnost rozdílu mezi skupinami byl použit tzv. effect size. Při testování hbitosti ve všech obdobích hráči divize dosáhli signifikantně nejlepšího času (průměr=15,56, SD=0,26). V první měřeném období (květen 2021) byl signifikantní rozdíl jejich času oproti krajskému přeboru (průměr=16,16, SD=0,21) a 1.A třídě (průměr=16,3, SD=0,51) s velkým efektem (p=0,014, ES=3,60; P=0,009, ES=1,84), obdobné výsledky dosáhli hráči i v druhém období (červen 2021) (p=0,014, ES=2,54; p=0,028, ES=1,82). V testu zaměřujícím se na aerobní vytrvalost, který hodnotí maximální příjem kyslíku, byly výsledky ve všech testovacích obdobích totožné. Při zjišťování sekundárního cíle bylo zjištěno, že hráči divize vykazovali pokles aerobní zdatnosti po nucené pauze z důvodu pandemie Covid-19, avšak výsledky ukázaly, že při posledním testování se blížili úrovni, kterou vykazovali v prvním období. Pro návrat k předešlé pohybové aktivitě po nucené pauze se doporučuje přiměřená zátěž k zdravotnímu stavu a aktuální výkonnosti s postupným zvyšováním, aby došlo k návratu na původní úroveň. Nicméně, hlavním možným doporučením vyplývajícím z této práce je, aby amatérští mladí hráči zapracovali především na hbitosti. A to případě, že by se chtěli výkonnostně posunout a hrát fotbal na poloprofesionální úrovni (divize).

Abstract:

There is not many studies, that would take interest in comparing soccer players on amateur level. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to recognize differences between amateur soccer players from different football skill groups, based on their fitness abilities (agility, aerobic endurance) and the influence of the coronavirus pandemic on the fitness abilities of the players in the division. Players were tested by standardized tests (Illinois agility test, Leger test) in different time periods (July 2020, May 2021, June 2021). The participants of the research were amateur soccer players between 18 to 26 of age from Moravian-Silesian region (N=14; average age 22,28; average height=182,25; average weight=76,35; BMI=22,83). Testing has been done on players from 3 different performance groups (division, regional competition, 1.A class). The Kruscal Wallis imparametrical test has been used for comparison of three independent groups, Mann Whitney U test for subsequent pair comparison and Effect size has been used for practical significance of difference. During testing of agility in all time periods the players of division came out best. In the first period measured (May 2021) there was a significant difference in their time compared to the regional competition (average=16,16, SD=0,21) and 1.A classes (average=16.3, SD=0,51) Great Effect (p=0,014, ES=3,60; P=0,009, ES=1,84), similar results were achieved by players in the second period (June 2021) (p=0,014, ES=2.54; p=0.028, ES=1,82). The test focusing on aerobic endurance, which considers maximal income of oxygen, the results in all three tested time periods were the same. During detection of secondary goal, it came out that they players from division reported significant decrease in aerobic fitness after forced break caused by pandemic reasons. Although the results have shown that during the last testing, they were ranging close to the level, which they reported in the first period. The players are advised to apply reasonable amount of training after the break, based on their current health and current fitness levels with ascending manner, in order to get back to their previous condition. Although, the main possible advise, coming out of this research, is that young amateur players should work mainly on their agility skills, in case they want to move up to semi-proffesional level (division).
